We want to make this a site for people looking for information on ABA as well as Autism and other subjects dealing with disabilities that may be useful. We plan on adding many features to this site including webinars, video conferencing and presentations. Andretta Behavior Analysts was founded by Melissa J. Andretta MS, BCBA. A Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Melissa brings to the firm doctoral training in behavior analysis and
disorders from Columbia University, a School Administrator/ Supervisor Certificate (SAS), NYS
Special Education Certification and over 18 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
(ABA). |

Some of the services we currently provide include but are not limited to:
• ABA/Autism consulting
• Training school staff to use Discrete-trial instruction (DTI)
• Training school staff to use verbal behavior analysis (VBA)
• Training staff to use ABA in naturalistic settings with naturalistic contingencies (in
inclusion/mainstream settings)
• Developing plans to systematically transition students from more-restrictive to less-restrictive
settings (ex. leaving the SCC to join an inclusion/mainstream class for “fundations” or “circle
time” etc.)
